Veeva Systems seeks a Junior Payroll Specialist for Hungary to own the Hungarian payroll end-to-end within the EMEA payroll team. You will collaborate with senior colleagues to grow in a dynamic, multinational European operation.

Role involves handling complex payroll inputs (bonuses, equity, expatriate allowances) and ensuring strict tax and statutory compliance, while leveraging advanced Excel skills and Workday knowledge.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years end-to-end payroll processing experience.
• Advanced Excel data analysis and reconciliation.
• Experience with HRIS; Workday is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, spoken and written.

Aufgaben

• End-to-End Processing: full payroll cycle for multiple EU countries.
• Data Integrity & Reconciliation: verify payroll data against source systems.
• Tax & Statutory Compliance: adhere to local requirements.
• Variable Compensation: handle bonuses, equity, expatriate allowances, termination payments.
• Analytical Support: use pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas.
• Customer Service: respond to employee payroll inquiries with discretion.
• Internal Partnership: collaborate with HR and Finance on classifications and benefits.
• Audit Support: assist audits with documentation and controls.
• Ad hoc tasks as assigned by payroll manager.
