Job summary

Activision Blizzard, Inc. seeks a Manager, Ethics & Compliance Engagement & Operations to plan, coordinate and execute training and communications that promote ethical conduct across the organization.

This role reports to the Senior Director of Ethics and Compliance Engagement and requires strong program management and collaboration with internal teams. Responsibilities include deploying training plans, managing 500+ sessions, building dashboards, and ensuring completion rates, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and at least 8 years of work experience.
• 8+ years in learning and development program and project management, preferably in ethics/compliance.
• Strong project management, analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Commitment to diversity, inclusion and high ethical standards.
• Ability to work with senior leadership and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute training deployment plans with defined scope, audience, and timeline.
• Schedule 500+ annual trainings across 35+ offices (remote included) and manage logistics.
• Create training materials, attendance records and evaluation results.
• Build reports and dashboards with LMS data to track completion.
• Collaborate with IT, People Technology and external partners to resolve system issues.
• Lead meetings and define measurement targets for training initiatives.
