Job summary

Back Office Drafting is a fully remote team serving as the fractional drafting department for estate planning attorneys nationwide. You’ll draft estate plans and ancillary documents from detailed design instructions, going through a structured internal review for frequent feedback.

We offer W-2 employment with benefits, 30-40 hours per week, health/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, and paid time off including holidays. A clear growth path to Senior Paralegal awaits high performers.

Qualifications

• Experience in estate planning, legal document drafting, or paralegal work is preferred.
• Strong fundamentals in legal/document production and genuine interest in this space.

Responsibilities

• Draft estate plans and ancillary documents for attorney clients nationwide.
• Follow a structured internal review process with frequent feedback.
• Interpret attorney design preferences and apply them precisely.
• Identify gaps or ambiguities in intake and proactively resolve them.
• Collaborate with teammates and reviewers to keep work flowing.
• Raise your hand when something is outside your current skill set and be willing to learn.
