Job summary

Rosenblum Law is seeking a part-time, remote estate planning attorney to support our growing trust and estate practice. You will review and finalize estate plans prepared by our internal team, signing off after confirming accuracy and alignment with client goals.

You’ll provide custom language or revisions when client needs fall outside standard templates and communicate with our client services team on drafting questions.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey license required.
• 3+ years experience drafting/reviewing estate plans.
• Familiarity with WealthCounsel is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with ability to review efficiently without sacrificing quality.
• Comfortable working remotely with distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Review estate planning documents drafted by paralegal team.
• Sign off on completed plans after confirming accuracy and alignment with client goals.
• Provide custom language or revisions when client needs fall outside standard templates.
• Communicate with our client services team on drafting-related questions or adjustments.
