Baker Hughes in the United States is seeking an ALS Optimization and Monitoring Engineer to deliver well surveillance services under the ProductionLink Expert services. You will optimize ESP systems, troubleshoot performance, and collaborate with regional customers to meet production and uptime goals.

The role requires hands-on experience with artificial lift, ESP operations, SCADA, and data analytics. You will build and update analytics models, generate case studies, present monthly KPI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• 4+ years of experience in Artificial Lift Systems.
• 5+ years in ESP system operations, technical support or applications engineering.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (7 days on, 12 hours per shift).

Responsibilities

• Deliver artificial lift well surveillance services under Production Link Expert services.
• Remotely adjust and optimize ESP systems to meet customer goals.
• Identify successful impact events and capture case studies.
• Prepare and present monthly KPI reports to customers.
• Collaborate with field personnel to troubleshoot system communications (SCADA) and VSD setup.
