The ESOP Administrator will manage accurate recordkeeping, compliance testing, and data reporting for ESOP and KSOP plans while coordinating with clients and internal teams. This full-time, exempt role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple priorities, and reliable collaboration

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ESOP and KSOP plan administration and compliance testing.
• Ability to interpret plan documents accurately.
• Attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage ESOP/KSOP plan recordkeeping and compliance testing.
• Prepare accurate data reports for internal quality reviews and client delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external professionals to ensure timely service.
• Provide updates to participants and assist with plan distributions when appropriate.
• Support testing of ESOP Partners’ software to improve efficiency.
