Job summary

Source Intelligence is seeking a Technical Program Manager to oversee a portfolio of Enterprise Client Projects, Changes and Fixes, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget. You will coordinate customer teams and internal resources to drive successful implementations of the compliance platform.

You will also develop plans, document requirements, manage risks, and conduct UATs while fostering strong stakeholder relationships and helping customers adopt the platform effectively.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in high-tech industry with roles such as Project Manager, Sales Engineer/Architect, etc.
• Experience with ERP/PLM systems (PTC Windchill, Teamcenter, Oracle Agile or SAP PLM).
• Experience with SaaS software implementation, support and data management.
• Technically able to learn the compliance platform and implement it successfully.
• Proactive planning, scheduling, and resource management with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Enterprise Customer accounts delivering projects on scope and schedule.
• Organize customer teams and internal resources for implementations.
• Develop project plans and timelines for accurate scheduling.
• Define deliverables, scope, assumptions and detailed specs.
• Gather and document client requirements using direct questioning and process walkthroughs.
• Perform gap analyses to meet client requirements and highlight risks.
• Map data from client source systems for the CMAP platform.
• Configure solutions to meet client requirements and conduct UATs.
• Support clients with process, procedures and training materials.
• Maintain ongoing support post-implementation and drive continuous improvement.
