Job summary

Grüns is seeking a senior ERP leader to own the move to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You will define needs, map end-to-end workflows, and ensure the new system enhances how people work.

You will partner with Finance, Ops, and Data teams and collaborate with implementation partners to build the backbone for rapid growth. The role is part of our remote HQ with a fully remote, high-trust environment and biannual in-person off-sites.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in finance, accounting, or operations with deep business process knowledge.
• 3+ years implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or equivalent ERP.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of D365 F&O across end-to-end processes.
• Experience in assessment, business case development, planning, deployment, and benefits realization.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, implementation, and phase 2 rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Document end-to-end processes across procure-to-pay, close, order-to-cash, inventory, logistics, and record-to-report.
• Design comprehensive architectures including integrations, data management, and security.
• Run business validation and UAT; design cross-functional test scenarios and scripts.
• Partner to build implementation plans, track milestones, surface risks, and keep teams moving.
• Evaluate D365 built-in AI capabilities to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Collaborate with implementation partners to ensure builds match designs.
• Drive change management with training and adoption; build SOPs and minimize workarounds.
