Eide Bailly is seeking a Project Manager in the Technology Consulting group to manage budgets, timelines, scope, profitability, and client satisfaction on mid- to large-size technology engagements. The role concentrates on NetSuite ERP implementations but may involve up to 25% cross-department projects.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and internal resources, maintain RAID logs, and ensure accurate time entries and invoicing while driving project velocity with a target

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in tech or professional services.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with quality and attention to detail.
• Ability to influence and secure buy-in from cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication at executive level and proactive risk management.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage scope, budget, timeline, profitability, and client satisfaction on tech engagements.
• Lead ERP and cross-department projects up to 25% of time.
• Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, and accurate time entries/invoicing.
• Identify risks, manage issues, and sustain high client engagement and delivery velocity.
