Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a full-time ERP Project Manager with heavy manufacturing experience to lead a multi-year migration to Infor LN/CloudSuite and related ERP initiatives. The role supports a global implementation across waves, coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The candidate should have 3+ years IT PM experience, ERP implementation work, and manufacturing domain expertise. Remote work is possible with travel to Colorado as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Experience as a PM on at least 1 ERP implementation.
• MUST have experience within the Manufacturing industry, ideally global.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of the ERP implementation across planning, execution, and multi-wave rollout.
• Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• Schedule and coordinate cross-functional meetings, workshops, and project checkpoints.
• Capture RAID logs and track risks, issues, and decisions.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and updates for PMO leadership.
• Coordinate UAT, data migration tracking, and cutover planning.
