Invasystems Inc. is seeking an experienced Infor LN Functional Lead to drive successful ERP implementations, optimization, and continuous enhancements of Infor LN ERP solutions.

The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable ERP solutions that improve operational efficiency. The role requires strong functional expertise, business process knowledge, and the ability to lead workshops, training, and knowledge transfer across cross-functional and remote teams.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of hands-on Infor LN Functional Consulting experience.
• Proven ERP implementation, upgrade, or optimization leadership.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and business process mapping skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and remote teams.
• Thai language proficiency is mandatory.
• Relevant Infor LN certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional design, implementation, and optimization of Infor LN ERP modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Provide functional expertise and best-practice recommendations for Infor LN implementations.
• Configure solutions that align with business objectives and operations.
• Conduct workshops, user training, and knowledge transfer to maximize adoption.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Coordinate system testing, UAT, and solution validation.
• Maintain functional documentation, configurations, and process flows.
• Serve as liaison between business users and technical teams.
