Job summary

Canals is hiring an Implementation Engineer to connect customers’ ERP systems (Eclipse, P21, Infor, SAP, Acumatica) with Canals. You will own onboarding, configure integrations, validate data flows, and support customers during pre‑ and post‑sale discovery calls.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in technical implementation or related roles, with strong API, data, and ERP familiarity. This is a remote‑first position with cross‑regional collaboration across the Americas.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in technical implementation, technical account management, integrations, or customer engineering at a SaaS company.
• Experience with ERP integrations and onboarding processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement integrations between Canals and ERP systems (Eclipse, P21, Infor, SAP, Acumatica) using templates and API credentials.
• Become ERP subject‑matter expert on data handling, access, authentication, and configuration.
• Join pre‑sale calls to assess feasibility and answer ERP‑specific questions.
• Lead post‑sale integration work: collect access details, configure endpoints, test APIs, validate data flow.
