Boutique Recruiting seeks a Remote Equity Research Sales professional to expand its institutional client base by monetizing a differentiated research and geopolitical intelligence platform. The role targets experienced buy-side relationships, with a track record of originating revenue and a network among hedge funds and asset managers.

Salary ranges from $85,000 to $125,000 per year, DOE, plus commission, and options for remote or hybrid work in the US.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in equity research sales or related institutional sales role.
• Established relationships with hedge funds, CIOs and portfolio managers.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficiency with Bloomberg and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by pitching and selling differentiated research to institutional investors.
• Leverage buy-side relationships to generate revenue.
• Expand relationships with multi-strategy and long-only funds.
• Develop a strong pipeline of opportunities and grow existing clients.
• Communicate with traders and investment professionals to align research needs.
• Partner with leadership on large strategic relationships.
• Represent the firm in client meetings with limited travel.
