Job summary

Maverick Trading, a 25+ year proprietary trading firm, is seeking a fully remote Equity & Options Trader open to applicants nationwide, including Wisconsin. You will trade US equities and options under defined risk parameters and a structured risk-management framework, with capital allocated by the firm based on performance.

Compensation is a 1099 independent contractor profit-split with top traders earning up to 90% of net trading profits.

Qualifications

• Trading experience with equities and/or options preferred, not required.
• Strong risk discipline and consistency mindset.
• Independent decision-making and personal accountability.
• Willingness to complete Maverick Qualification Program before trading firm capital.
