Maverick Trading, a 25+ year proprietary trading firm, is hiring a fully remote Equity & Options Trader open to applicants in Olney, MD. You will trade US equities and options with defined risk and a profit-split compensation model.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with no base salary, and top traders earn 65%–90% of net profits. We provide structured capital allocation, professional training, and monthly payouts to support performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Trading experience preferred (equities and/or options)
• Strong risk discipline and consistency mindset
• Independent decision-making and personal accountability
• Willingness to complete Maverick Qualification Program before trading firm capital
