Trading from the West Coast follows US market hours; compensation is a profit split with no base salary. This is an independent contractor role with mentorship, structured capital allocation, and monthly payouts based on performance.

Qualifications

• Trading experience preferred (equities and/or options).
• Strong risk discipline and consistency mindset.
• Independent decision-making and personal accountability.
• Willingness to complete the Maverick Qualification Program before trading firm capital.
