Expect early Pacific time sessions and a disciplined, rules-based approach to risk management. Ideal candidates have trading experience, a strong mindset for consistency, and the willingness to complete Maverick’s Qualification Program before firm capital allocation.

Qualifications

• Trading experience in equities and/or options preferred, not required.
• Strong risk discipline and consistency mindset.
• Independent decision-making and personal accountability.
