Maverick Trading is seeking a remote Equity & Options Trader open to applicants nationwide. This role offers fully remote work with capital allocation from Maverick and a profit-split compensation structure, with no base salary.

Trade equities and options within defined risk parameters, follow a rules-based risk approach, and build consistency to scale capital based on performance. Training and mentorship are provided as part of the Maverick Qualification Program.

Qualifications

• Trading experience preferred (equities and/or options), not required.
• Strong risk discipline and consistency mindset.
• Independent decision-making and accountability.
• Willingness to complete Maverick Qualification Program before trading firm capital.
