Job summary

Medline Canada is seeking an Equipment Sales Support to be the main contact for processing and coordinating dental equipment orders, from quotation to invoicing, delivering exceptional service.

You will oversee orders, coordinate with Sales Representatives, and ensure customer satisfaction while staying current on product promotions. This role offers flexibility to work from home or in the office, and requires 3-5 years in customer service with MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a Customer Service role.
• Dental product (Equipment) knowledge is preferred.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Provides Quotations By: responding to inquiries via phone and email; coordinating with Sales to set pricing.
• Processes Incoming Orders By: receiving orders, verifying data and terms, entering orders into the system.
• Promotes Outstanding Customer Service By: providing prompt, courteous service and resolving order challenges.
• Develops and Maintains Relationships with Sales and Manufacturers: liaising for product queries and staying current on promotions.
• Supports Business Growth By: promoting existing inventory and maintaining technical knowledge.
