QED Systems, LLC is seeking a New Equipment Installer (Technician) to join our team at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. This full-time role involves field installation, troubleshooting, and repair of PNT systems on military vehicles, with significant travel and a requirement for an active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities include installing PNT systems on Abrams, Bradley, JLTV, HEMMT, FMTV and HMMWVs, performing higher level repairs, and ensuring calibration of tools and equipment.

Qualifikationen

• Detail-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in the maintenance of Abrams, Bradley, JLTV, HEMMT, FMTV, and HMMWVs preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide field support services related to installation, troubleshooting and repair of systems and subsystems.
• Install PNT systems on combat vehicles (Abrams, Bradley, JLTV, HEMMT, FMTV, HMMWVs).
• Facilitate higher level repair of equipment.
• Ensure support equipment and tools are regularly calibrated and maintained.
• Troubleshoot related product malfunctions; install, modify, wire, fabricate and maintain systems.
• Distinguish between hardware and software problems during equipment checks.
