Job summary

IQUASAR LLC seeks a seasoned APNT Administrator to support MDA on the IRES contract at Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado. You will develop architectures, define requirements, and drive testing for expeditionary PNT capabilities across mounted, dismounted, and C2 environments.

You will mentor staff, analyze market capabilities, and advise on tactics to protect PNT data in contested environments while coordinating with interagency partners. Active Secret Clearance required.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required due to facility security.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• 12+ years of general, full-time work experience.
• 6+ years of directly related experience.
• 1+ years in a management or leadership role.
• Experience as a PNT systems engineer/administrator supporting a large enterprise.
• General networking experience.
• Current DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II Certification or higher.
• Recognized APNT subject matter expertise with deep knowledge of military tactics and methods to control/protect PNT data.

Responsibilities

• Develop system and reference architectures for expeditionary APNT within mounted, dismounted, and C2 environments.
• Develop user requirements and technical specifications for expeditionary APNT capabilities.
• Develop thorough testing practices and analysis of incremental system improvements.
• Model project lifecycle using TOGAF and ITIL best practices.
• Prepare deliverables such as technical papers and briefs for decision makers.
• Deploy and test the TAFAK Test Asset Fly-Away Kit.
• Perform market analysis/assessments of new APNT capabilities.
• Mentor government and contractor staff on PNT topics.
• Provide SME support on APNT integration on military platforms.
• Oversee development/testing of PNT technologies to ensure requirements satisfaction.
• Participate in modeling/simulation of APNT capabilities/systems.
• Evaluate platforms for vulnerability to jamming/spoofing.
