Job summary

Altius Search Group is seeking an Account Manager – Equipment Finance to drive direct sales with major accounts within a defined regional territory. You will develop new relationships, nurture existing ones, and act as a trusted partner to end-users, vendors, and manufacturers.

The role emphasizes building a strong pipeline, delivering tailored financing solutions, and promoting programs while thriving in a remote, performance-driven environment. Base salary plus commissions offered.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 1–2 years of equipment finance sales experience (Account Manager).
• 5–7 years of sales experience in equipment finance (Regional Account Manager).

Responsibilities

• Develop new business with end-users, vendors, manufacturers, and channel partners (≈50% new business).
• Manage and expand a portfolio of key accounts within a defined regional territory.
• Meet with customers to structure financing opportunities and deliver tailored solutions.
• Promote financing programs and support existing channel/vendor relationships.
• Prospect through public forums, industry sources, and outbound outreach to establish new relationships.
• Deliver remote and onsite training presentations to customers and partners.
• Monitor competitive lease rates and recommend strategies to stay ahead in the market.
• Travel 20–30% as needed for customer meetings, trainings, and relationship development.
