Victaulic, a global leader in mechanical pipe joining solutions, seeks an experienced Project Manager for its Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) in a remote-first capacity, with hybrid expectations for Easton, PA. Lead complex initiatives from planning through deployment, ensuring scope, schedule, quality and benefits are defined and delivered.

This contractor role offers cross-functional collaboration, accountability for timelines and budgets, and interaction with sponsors and vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate's degree required.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing complex, large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience managing software projects across business areas.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes, propose and explain multiple solutions, and negotiate a compromise.
• Ability to create reports, analyses, or scorecards for the management team, with strong verbal and written presentation skills.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Demonstrated leadership within a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment, effectively prioritize, and execute tasks while under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and use templates to convey project schedule and status.
• Define project scope and vision with sponsors.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives in partnership with teams.
• Create detailed project plans and milestones with cross-organizational teams.
• Manage scope, schedules, resources, and risks.
• Maintain relationships with business and vendors.
• Publish status reports for sponsors and stakeholders.
• Ensure on-time, within-scope, within-budget delivery.
• Track defects and manage release schedules.
