Job summary

CereCore is seeking an Epic Stork Analyst to join our team. This is a three month contract role that is fully remote.

Responsibilities include leading initiatives related to the Epic Stork application, providing incident support through data gathering, and troubleshooting Tier 2 issues to build or fix complex configurations. Remote collaboration with a clinician-focused team is essential.

Qualifications

• Certified in Epic Stork – required.
• Certification in ClinDoc – preferred.
• Knowledge of maternal and newborn care processes and regulations.
• Data analysis and reporting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team.
• Experience in healthcare analytics or informatics.

Responsibilities

• Lead groups of various initiatives linked to the application and/or process improvements.
• Provide incident/issue support through data gathering.
• Troubleshoot and resolve vendor-level complexity Tier 2 application-specific issue build/fixes.
• Complete the most complex applications build/fix.
