Job summary

Tower Health is seeking an Epic Radiant Analyst to join the team who will help implement, develop, and maintain the Epic Radiant system and related interfaces. The role is primarily remote with a preference for candidates in Eastern and Central time zones.

The ideal candidate will possess Epic Radiant certification and Radiant build experience, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of Windows.

Qualifications

• Epic Radiant certification is required.
• Epic analyst build experience in Radiant is required.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-service oriented.
• A basic understanding of the Windows environment and eagerness to learn, support, and troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

• Analyze processes to understand operations and workflows.
• Build, test, deploy, and maintain Epic Radiant interfaces and related systems.
• Troubleshoot integration/mapping issues and support testing and on-call needs.
• Interact with customers and IT staff, presenting information effectively to varied audiences.
• Develop deep knowledge of the Epic platform and related integrations.
