Job summary

Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian in Orange County, CA, seeks an Epic Certified Hospital Billing Application Analyst II to configure, test, implement, and support Epic Hospital Billing systems across clinical and financial workflows.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to optimize configurations, ensure data integrity, and coordinate system changes with vendors as needed. Requires 3+ years of Epic Hospital Billing build experience and Epic certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years Epic Hospital Billing Build experience or equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge of the assigned applications in at least one functional area.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, implement, and support Epic Hospital Billing and related systems for clinical, financial, or administrative functions.
• Oversee data integrity, safety, and availability of data and applications; support Hoag's goals and business needs.
• Evaluate tickets and requests; build and maintain system dictionaries, profiles, tables and other configurations; coordinate with vendor as appropriate.
• Test configurations, customizations and releases; assist end users and staff; participate in design, validation, and remediation sessions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize system configuration, function, and access; participate as a team member in projects.
