Job summary

BJC HealthCare is seeking an EHR Application III Analyst who is Epic certified in Cadence. This remote role allows work from states where remote eligibility applies. Certification in RTE, Prelude, or Cupid is considered a plus and eligible within six months of hire.

The role involves planning, analyzing, designing, implementing, testing, debugging, and maintaining Epic and other clinical applications, with collaboration across leadership and clinical teams to ensure effective usage and adoption.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and a Bachelor's Degree are required.
• Epic certification in Cadence is required; Epic certification in RTE, Prelude, or Cupid is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, analyze, design, implement, test, debug, and maintain Epic and other Clinical applications.
• Build relationships with hospital leadership and clinical users to facilitate system usage and acceptance.
• Handle complex build and configuration tasks and resolve advanced issues.
• Manage configuration development, deployment, testing, incident handling and after-hours support as needed.
