Job summary

BJC HealthCare is hiring an EHR Application III Analyst. The role requires Epic Cadence certification, with consideration for Epic RTE, Prelude or Cupid certifications. This is a remote position with remote-eligible states noted.

The analyst will plan, analyze, design, implement, test and maintain Epic and other clinical applications, partnering with hospital leadership and clinical users to ensure system usage and performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Epic certifications in Cadence (required) or RTE/Prelude/Cupid within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Plan, analyze, design, implement, test and maintain Epic and other clinical applications.
• Build collaborative relationships with hospital leadership, clinical users, technology and corporate departments to facilitate usage and acceptance.
• Lead complex build and configuration tasks and resolve advanced issues with undefined requirements.
• Maintain incident management procedures and participate in after-hours on-call rotations.
