Job summary

BJC HealthCare seeks an EHR Application III Analyst with Epic Cadence certification, and/or Epic RTE, Prelude, or Cupid certifications. This is a remote position with eligible states in the U.S.

The role involves planning, building, testing, and maintaining Epic and other clinical applications, aligning with hospital leadership and IT teams. Certification within 6 months is required; strong collaboration skills and IT process knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Epic Cadence or related Epic module certification is required.
• Certification in RTE/Prelude/Cupid considered.
• Bachelor's degree or higher required; high school diploma with relevant experience may be considered depending on candidates.

Responsibilities

• Plan, analyze, design, implement, test, debug, and maintain Epic and other clinical applications.
• Build collaborative relationships with hospital leadership, clinical users, IT, and corporate departments to facilitate system usage.
• Lead complex build/configuration tasks and resolve advanced issues with undefined requirements.
• Manage configuration development and deployment, including testing, incident management, and documentation.
