Qualifications

• Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Three healthcare IT application/technical experience required.
• Two years’ Epic application experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains moderately complex system software to meet user requests and specifications.
• Analyzes workflows and designs system components to improve operations.
• Leads project meetings and coordinates duties with team members.
• Provides training and ensures user proficiency with applications.
• On-call support for critical applications and go-live events.
