TEKsystems seeks an experienced Epic Caboodle/Clarity Developer (Contract) to support a large health system in Pennsylvania, focusing on clinical data reporting and analytics. You will build and optimize Clarity and Caboodle models, data extracts, and RWB reports for internal and partner use.

The ideal candidate brings Epic Caboodle/Clarity certifications, 3+ years of experience, strong SQL skills, and a proven ability to translate requirements into scalable reporting solutions in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Epic Caboodle Certification.
• Epic Clarity Certification.
• 3+ years hands-on Epic reporting and development experience.
• Extensive experience with Epic Clarity and Caboodle databases.
• Strong SQL development and query optimization skills.
• Experience building and supporting Reporting Workbench (RWB) reports and data extracts.
• Proven experience translating requirements into technical reporting solutions.
• Experience supporting large healthcare organizations and complex reporting environments.
• Strong understanding of Epic clinical workflows and clinical data structures.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain Epic Clarity and Caboodle data models, extracts, and reporting solutions.
• Create data extracts for internal departments and external partners requiring timely access to Epic data.
• Support Reporting Workbench (RWB) reports and data extraction workflows.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and informatics teams to translate business requirements into reporting solutions.
• Analyze and troubleshoot reporting issues, data discrepancies, and extract failures.
• Support scheduling-related reporting and analytics initiatives within Epic.
• Assist in prioritizing and resolving a growing pipeline of reporting and data requests.
• Provide recommendations for reporting optimization, automation, and performance improvements.
• Partner with analytics teams to support enterprise data and BI initiatives.
• Leverage Qlik tools to develop dashboards and self-service reporting where applicable.
