What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide primary support and contact for assigned applications, managing issues that arise during projects
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including providers and management, to develop best practice workflows
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance clinical and operational needs
- Participate in interdisciplinary groups to make decisions on design, implementation, and reporting
- Utilize performance improvement methodologies to address gaps in performance and changing technologies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available to serve on this program for a minimum of four (4) years
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, IT, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have progressively responsible experience relevant to the role
- Must have met or exceeded expectations on most recent performance evaluations
- Willingness to travel to the work site in Livonia as required by executive leadership
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare applications and clinical process transformation
- Familiarity with performance improvement methodologies such as PDCA, Lean, or Six Sigma
- Previous experience in a collaborative, shared leadership environment
- Knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations in healthcare
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making
