Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in compressor sales, rotating equipment, industrial capital equipment, or related markets.
• Experience selling complex engineered solutions through EPCs, engineering firms, or large end-user organizations.
• CRM systems experience, Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and revenue growth for centrifugal and rotary compressor solutions by engaging EPCs, engineering firms, end users, and key project stakeholders.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue capital project opportunities while developing account strategies that increase specification influence, market presence, pipeline, bookings, revenue, and margin.
• Maintain strong commercial and pipeline discipline through accurate Salesforce management, regular forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration.
