Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Planning Cloud (EPBCS) Architect to lead design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise planning and performance management solutions. You will partner with Finance, FP&A, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, capital planning, and strategic modeling solutions.

This role requires 10+ years delivering Oracle EPM solutions, with deep EPBCS hands-on implementation experience and strong

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years delivering Oracle EPM solutions.
Hands-on EPBCS implementation experience across Financials, Workforce, and Capital modules.
Strong design, governance, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design, configuration, testing, and deployment of EPBCS solutions.
Gather requirements and translate budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning to cloud models.
Define cube strategies, rules, data integrations, and inter-module workflows.
Drive design workshops, fit-gap sessions, and executive steering reviews.
Mentor teams and support pre-sales with demos and capability presentations.
