Job summary

Medtronic, a global leader in healthcare technology, seeks an EP Mapping Specialist to support cardiac mapping and navigation systems across a regional territory. This remote role requires travel to multiple accounts and adherence to regional sales objectives.

You will educate clinicians on CAS products, provide technical training, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive patient outcomes and solutions in EP mapping and ablation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 6+ years in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• Associate degree plus 4+ years in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years in cardiac mapping and navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products.
• Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products and related procedures.
• Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
• Understand and support national, regional, and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals within all CAS products.
• Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business.
• Collaborate with Account Manager, Regional Manager, and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CAS solutions products.
• Collaborate and communicate with the sales and clinical teams in the region.
