Job summary

Vert Environmental seeks an experienced Project Coordinating Manager to lead our Project Coordinating and Field Technician Departments. This is a full-time, fully remote role reporting to the Operations Director.

You will oversee daily operations, manage department employees, and ensure successful execution of environmental projects. You'll coordinate client communications, prepare reports, supervise scheduling, and collaborate with laboratories to ensure timely turnaround of results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 2+ years in environmental industry experience.
• Strong leadership, delegation, and decision-making skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and excellent verbal and written communication.
