Trileaf Corporation is seeking a Senior Project Scientist to conduct field and office-based environmental and property due diligence on commercial real estate projects, including Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, Property Condition Assessments, and related sampling.

The role requires travel to project locations, coordination with regulators and clients, and drafting technical reports under senior staff guidance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Biology, Environmental Science, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience

Mansioni

• Travel to project locations typically 1 day per week.
• Draft standardized reports synthesizing findings from field work, interviews, and regulatory research.
• QA/QC on deliverables to the satisfaction of management and clients.
• Submit final reports within pre-established timelines.
• Review subcontractor reports for accuracy of scope of work for regulatory submissions.
• Train new hires and provide ongoing cross-training on field methodologies and reporting standards.
• Comply with all site-specific and company health and safety protocols.
