AECOM has a career opportunity for an Environmental Permitting Specialist (New England) to join the Northeast Environmental Planning & Permitting Practice. This position requires environmental permitting experience in Massachusetts and other New England States with particular expertise with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act Regulations (310 CMR 10.00), S.

404/401 of the CWA, MEPA, Ch.91 and related land-use regulations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Environmental Science, Biology, or related field + 8+ years experience or equivalent
• Permitting experience required
• US citizenship required
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass MVR review

Responsibilities

• Support a wide range of NE projects (Energy, State Infrastructure, Federal, Industrial)
• Attend and lead public presentations on permit requirements
• Collaborate in a team environment and manage multiple assignments with travel as needed
