NextEra Energy Resources is seeking a seasoned environmental professional to support site prospecting, permitting, and early-stage development across the western United States, including AZ, NV, and NM. The role combines desktop research, field reconnaissance, GIS mapping, and regulatory analysis to identify constraints and strategies.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with land-use agencies, and help move projects through NEPA and related regulations while traveling

Formación

• Experience evaluating environmental constraints for energy projects.
• Solid knowledge of NEPA and related environmental regulations.
• Willingness to travel and work in western states.

Responsabilidades

• Supports compliance with environmental requirements.
• Performs comprehensive environmental due diligence reviews.
• Assists with facility compliance audits.
• Conducts environmental licensing and permitting activities.
• Supports environmental aspects of operations including reporting and monitoring.
• Monitors and analyzes environmental policies affecting the company and customers.
• Provides support to staff to resolve environmental matters.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
