Job summary

Davies Associates, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Graphic Designer to support design development and construction documentation for signage and wayfinding systems.

The candidate will program sign locations, message schedules, elevations and details, and review shop drawings with senior staff. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in environmental graphics, strong 3D drawing and typography skills, and familiarity with signage fabrication.

Qualifications

• Experience translating architectural drawings to environmental graphics and wayfinding.
• Ability to develop signs programming, schedules and elevations with specs.
• Familiarity with fabrication methods and materials for signage projects.

Responsibilities

• Support design development and construction documentation for signage projects.
• Program sign locations, message schedules, elevations and details.
• Review shop drawings and respond to RFIs under senior staff guidance.
• Collaborate with team during business hours; remote work possible.
