Alignerr seeks environmental engineering experts to train cutting-edge AI models from remote locations. You will design complex problems, craft ground-truth solutions, and audit AI outputs for regulatory compliance and accuracy.

Ideal candidates hold an advanced degree in environmental engineering or related fields and can work independently on flexible hours, with a focus on water treatment, air quality, and waste remediation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a Master’s or PhD in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering (environmental focus) or related field.
• Strong knowledge in aquatic chemistry, wastewater design, air quality engineering, or hazardous waste remediation.
• Excellent written communication of complex concepts.
• Attention to unit conversions, chemical equations and regulatory logic.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently on technical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Design advanced environmental engineering challenges spanning transport, mass balance, hydrology and LCA.
• Develop step-by-step solutions including dosage calculations and flow models.
• Audit AI outputs for technical accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Provide structured feedback to improve model reasoning and reduce errors.
• Complete assignments remotely on your own schedule.
