Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed within the last year.
• No professional sales experience required; we'll teach you the craft.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Curiosity and willingness to ask questions.
• Organized with ability to manage daily activity.
• Coachability and ability to apply feedback.
• Ability to learn new software tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Onboard self-serve and guide new users to first campaign.
• Conduct outbound outreach to marketing agencies via calls, emails, and social.
• Ask questions to understand customer goals and share insights with the team.
• Identify opportunities and route to SDR I or AE.
• Follow up on inbound sign-ups, trials, and leads with speed.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of conversations.
• Participate in training, role-plays, and coaching sessions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to improve experiences.
