You will engage with clients virtually, present benefits options, and foster long-term relationships while handling documentation and follow-up communications. Prior insurance experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Confident in virtual meetings and comfortable with online tools.
• Willingness and ability to obtain required state licensing, if applicable.
• Work authorization in the United States.
• Self-driven and organized, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually over Zoom to discuss needs.
• Deliver high-quality, client-focused service and enroll clients with clarity.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships and present supplemental options.
• Maintain accurate digital documentation and follow-up communications.
• Engage in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional growth.
