Job summary

GPAC is seeking highly motivated individuals for fully remote Search Consultant roles. No recruiting experience required; comprehensive training and support provided.

This is a commission-driven opportunity with potential earnings of 30-75% of production, backed by a strong national network and 35+ years of growth. Responsibilities include building client and candidate relationships, filling urgent positions, and guiding interviews and offers.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong data basing and technological skills.
• Business development, client relationship, marketing or sales background preferred.
• Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
• Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
• Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
• Effective negotiation skills.
• A degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s).
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials.
• Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.
