Responsibilities

• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support the pharmacy manager in workflow.
• Ensure accuracy of prescriptions, patient data, and labeling in a high-volume environment.
• Provide proactive patient counseling and pharmacotherapy guidance via phone.
• Collaborate with prescribers to clarify prescriptions and address clinical issues.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal laws and corporate policies.
