Spieldenner Financial Group is seeking individuals for a commission-only mortgage protection sales role. You will outreach, prepare options, and meet clients to review coverage and guide the application process.

Training is provided, no prior experience required, and you can work remotely with optional in-person meetings. Enjoy a flexible schedule, full-time or part-time, with structured onboarding and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Client Outreach (6-8 hrs/week) – connect with individuals and schedule reviews.
• Preparation & Research (4-5 hrs/week) – prepare personalized coverage options.
• Client Meetings (2 days/week) – meet virtually or in person to walk through options and assist with applications.
• Light Admin (2 hrs/week) – follow up on applications and communicate with carriers.
• You’ll be trained to guide conversations, present options clearly, and support clients through the application process.
