Job summary

The Fisher Organization, representing American Income Life, is hiring for an Entry-Level Manager – Leadership Development Track. This fully remote role lets you coach and mentor a team of agents, drive sales strategy, and develop into a high-impact leader from anywhere.

You’ll lead, train, and monitor performance in a fast-paced remote setting, with emphasis on growth, mentorship, and an accelerated leadership path.

Qualifications

• Leadership ability and desire to help others succeed.
• Excellent communication and people skills on Zoom and digital platforms.
• Strong organization and time-management abilities.
• Self-starter mindset with a results-driven approach.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or team leadership is a plus.
• No degree or experience required but preferred.
