Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is seeking entry-level Remote Insurance Agents to help clients understand their needs and select protection solutions. You will receive comprehensive training, coaching, licensing guidance, and access to company leads. This full-time role is commission-based, with 100% remote work and flexible hours.

You do not need prior insurance experience–we provide support, mentorship, and a proven sales process to help you succeed. Licensure will be pursued as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contact prospects by phone and video.
• Conduct insurance consultations by phone or video conference.
• Gather information about clients’ needs and financial priorities.
• Present insurance solutions clearly and transparently.
• Help clients make informed coverage decisions.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain organized client records.
• Participate in ongoing insurance and sales training.
• Work independently while remaining connected to a virtual team.
