AML RightSource is hiring an Entry Level Financial Crimes Investigator to support transaction monitoring and KYC compliance. No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided. This is a remote, full-time role with work from home arrangements and scheduled hours.

You will review transactions, identify suspicious activity, verify client identities, and prepare clear reports. Strong written and verbal communication, analytical mindset, and advanced Excel skills are valued assets for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Office tools.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, filtering, sorting) and strong research skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and monitor transactional activity to identify potential suspicious activity.
• Verify client identities and assess their relationships for KYC purposes.
• Interpret and implement client-operating policies related to financial data.
• Identify data anomalies and red flags for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, sanctions violations, and escalate for review.
• Write clear, concise reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Use basic Excel and Microsoft tools for analysis.
• Meet production and quality standards in a team-oriented environment.
