AML RightSource is seeking an entry-level Financial Crimes Investigator to join our remote Florida team. No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training to build a career in financial crime compliance.

You will review transactions, identify suspicious activity, and support KYC compliance. The role features core hours during local time after an initial training period and requires strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Completed bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to learn quickly.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with other Office tools.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and monitor transactional activity to identify potential suspicious activity.
• Verify client identities and assess relationships for KYC purposes.
• Interpret and implement client operating policies related to financial data.
• Identify data anomalies and red flags for money laundering, fraud, sanctions violations, and escalate for second level review.
• Write clear, concise reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Use basic Excel functions and technology applications for analysis; meet production and quality standards.
